Suffolk County Police Release Sketch Of Suspect Wanted For Allegedly Harassing 14-Year-Old Girl
LAKE GROVE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Suffolk County police have released a sketch of a suspect accused of harassing a 14-year-old girl as she walked from a school bus stop in Lake Grove last year.
Around 5 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2011, police said two men in a dark-colored four-door Toyota Camry followed the girl from a bus stop at the intersection of Middle Country Road and Dietz Avenue and yelled at her to get into the vehicle.
The girl ran away and hid behind a house as the men circled the area looking for her, police said.
The driver is described as a white man, believed to be 43-years-old, standing 6-feet tall and weighing about 160 pounds.
The passenger, depicted in the sketch, is believed to be a Hispanic man with black hair, approximately 37-years-old, standing 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing 180 pounds.
