B&C Morning Show: Dancin' On The Plane & In The Streets

There is certain to be plenty of dancing in the streets of New York later today when the Super Bowl Champion Giants make their way down the 'Canyon of Hero's' to celebrate with their fans.

There was apparently some dancing among Giants players on the plane ride home from Indy, as Jerry Recco provided some audio 'tweeted' by linebacker Mark Herzlich of him and his teammates singing their team song , 'I Got a Ring' - He's Got One Two'.

As for Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, he made his way down to Disney World yesterday before appearing on 'Late Night with David Letterman' where he talked about Ahmad Bradshaw's game-winning score and explained to Dave the unusual hand-signals he uses at the line-of-scrimmage.

Meanwhile in New England, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick held his end of the season press-conference and was understandably annoyed when asked to describe what he was feeling after spending so much time preparing and then going on to lose the game.  Like Belichick, Pats owner Robert Kraft was disappointed after his teams' performance, but he chalked it up to a case of setting the bar very high.

New York Rangers head coach John Tororella was asked if he had reached out to Tom Coughlin to offer congrats and Torts made it clear he didn't care much for the inquiry.  The Rangers will host the Devils tonight.

Last night at the Garden the stage belonged to Jeremy Lin, as the 23 year-old point guard made the most of his first NBA start by scoring 28 points and handing out 8 assists in the Knicks 99-88 win over the Utah Jazz.  Afterwards, Mike D'Antoni compared the Harvard graduate to Secretariat, while Tyson Chandler said Lin was the key to the victory.  Amar'e Stoudemire did not play due to the death of his older brother and Carmelo Anthony left the game in the 1st quarter with a strained groin.  Nets got clobbered by the Bulls 108-87...
