Today Boomer & Craig were thrilled to welcome Paul ‘Tiny’ Sturgess into the Allstate Studio.  Sturgess was born in the United Kingdom and  at 7’8″ tall, he the tallest professional basketball player according to the Guinness Book of World Records.  In August of 2011, the 23 year-old Sturgess became a member of the historic Harlem Globetrotters and by all accounts couldn’t be happier.

Sturgess talked with the guys about his enormous size, some of the advantages & disadvantages to being so big, his love life, what he is benching these days, his tattoos, his ironic nickname and his prowess on the golf course – where he carries a 4 handicap by the way.

While saying goodbye, Craig expressed a desire to see ‘Tiny’ in a Knicks uniform, but it sounds like for the time  being he is content being a Globetrotter…
