N.J. White Castle Hosts Wedding Saturday

EATONTOWN, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — Here comes the bride, right into a New Jersey White Castle.

Tom Uriarte and Erin Swartz tied the knot Saturday at a White Castle in Eatontown. They won the wedding in a contest co-sponsored by the restaurant and radio station 92.3 Now.

They say this particular White Castle has a special significance for them.

“We had our first date here about six years ago,” Uriarte said.

“We were going across the street to the mall to go to the movies and we were running late and we didn’t have time for a sit down dinner and we came here and got some sliders instead,” Swartz recalled.

As part of their prize package, the newlyweds were given free food and beverages for up to 20 guests and a complimentary cake with a burger bride and groom on top.

Hmmm … A Jersey White Castle … I wonder if Gov. Fatso showed up in his giant tux as an uninvited guest when he heard that there would be FREE FRIED FOOD??? [BTW, three of Gov. Fatso’s favorite ‘F words’ are: Free, Fried, Food…]

Dude…..please take your political outrage to a political page. Don’t post negative and unrelated crap on a story about someone’s wedding. Let them have their day without stranger’s negativity.

Dude … When folks have their wedding covered by the news media it has already become a public spectacle. AND, as such I was pondering the possibility of Gov. Fatso stopping by to jamb a pile of fried fast food down his throat at someone elses expense. BTW, it’s not your place to tell me what to do.
