NEW YORK(CBS2)– Everyone knows that exercise is great for keeping your body in shape, but there are also exercises to keep your brain in top shape.

As CBS2′s Kristine Johnson reports certain computer games can improve memory, help fight depression, and even help returning soldiers adjust to life outside of combat.
