On June 3rd at Citi Field, the Mets will hold a ceremony to induct John Franco into the team’s Hall of Fame and the former reliever joined Boomer & Craig in the Allstate Studio today and told them that he could not be happier.

Franco played the majority of his career with the Mets and is truly honored about being inducted into their Hall of Fame.

As far as the modern day ‘Not So Amazin’ Mets, Franco had a tough time putting a positive spin on things, but wouldn’t count the them out just yet.

He also didn’t seem to mind that the Mets were not planning on making a bobble-head of his likeness, despite Craig’s best attempt to stir something-up…
