Firefighters Battle Early Morning Blaze At Brooklyn Business

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A major fire burned through a Brooklyn business Wednesday morning.

The fire broke out just before 5 a.m. on West 6th Street near Kings Highway. At one point, firefighters were ordered out of the one-story building when it became too dangerous.

A nearby apartment building was evacuated due to the heavy smoke.

So far, there are no confirmed reports of any injuries and no word on what caused the fire.
