Seen At 11: Dogs Rescued From Midwestern, Southern Tornadoes

FAIRFIELD, NJ (CBSNewYork) -- Matted and scared, dogs were brought to the Tri-State Area from shelters in Kentucky, victims of savage Midwestern and Southern storms. They lost their families and homes, so volunteers from Pet ResQ Inc stepped in to save them.

The storms caused so much damage that most pet orphanages were out of space. The dogs had been scheduled to be euthanized, but thanks to Pet ResQ they will get a second chance at life.

If you are interested in rescuing or adopting one of these pets you can contact Pet ResQ here: Pet ResQ
