AMITYVILLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – A Massapequa man has been arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated with his two young children in the car.

Police said they were called Wednesday and told 26-year-old David Hager, Jr. would be driving his 4-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son and that he might be drunk.
