Police: Massapequa Man Arrested, Charged With Driving Drunk With Kids In Car
AMITYVILLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A Massapequa man has been arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated with his two young children in the car.
Police said they were called Wednesday and told 26-year-old David Hager, Jr. would be driving his 4-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son and that he might be drunk.
Hager was pulled over around 8:30 p.m. in Amityville Village.
Police said they determined he was drunk and placed him under arrest.
Hager is charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger 15-years-old or younger and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
