Suspect Sought In Fatal Shooting Of 20-Year-Old Man In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Brooklyn earlier this week.

Police said 25-year-old Darren Prince shot 20-year-old Justin Cherry in the chest during a dispute around 9:20 p.m. Monday at the Whitman Houses on Carlton Avenue.

Cherry was pronounced dead at Brooklyn Hospital.

Prince is said to be about 5-feet-10-inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said his last known address is 81 Pulaski Street.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
