NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Long Island Rail Road service has been restored at the Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn.

CHECK: Traffic & Transit | On-Air: 1010 WINS | WCBS 880

Service in and out of the terminal had been suspended early Friday morning due to a signal problem. The railroad says customers should listen to announcements as some trains may be canceled in Jamaica, Queens.

New York City has been cross-honoring fares between the terminal and Penn Station and between Atlantic Terminal and Jamaica in Queens.
