I routinely wear a hoodie when I am not at work. I am a financial analyst for a top 10 Multinational Organization…I am not in the bisuiness of breaking laws…Hoodies have nothing to do with it….I feel bad for the driver…poor man probably lived through a significant amount of shock/stress.

Hope these thugs are caught….but even if they are, with the way the system is designed…they’ll be hitting up another cab shortly enough.

Especially if it is pulled up over another hat and zipped up to the chin. Were both of them that cold? Winter is over. But then, what if the driver refused to take them? Driving or being a passenger in a cab is in the high risk category if you ask me.
