Family Of Slain Bronx Teen Shot By Narcotics Officer Rallies For Justice
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The family of a Bronx teen shot and killed by police say they will hold rallies and marches for a total of 18 Thursdays to get justice for their son.
Wearing a t-shirt with her son's picture on it, the mother of Ramarley Graham sobbed as she spoke at a rally organized in front of the home where her 18-year-old son was shot to death by a narcotics officer in February.

"This is a very, very hard time for me -- me and my family," Constance Malcolm told reporters, including 1010 WINS' Eileen Lehpamer.
Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has met with the family, but their attorney said while Kelly expressed his sympathy what they really want is for the officer involved to be charged.
"We're not waiting patiently. We will be here this Thursday, next Thursday and Thursdays beyond that until we see some type of movement," attorney Royce Russell said.
Graham's mother has admitted that her son smoked marijuana and that he was chased by a narcotics officer.
Survelliance video showed Graham entering his Bronx home on Feb. 2. NYPD officers followed and appeared to try to break down the door. Moments later, Graham was fatally shot by police.
Officers were said to be acting on reports he had a gun, but a gun was never recovered.
Graham's father, Franclot Graham, said "there's not a day [that] goes by that I don't cry."
"All we want for our son is justice," he said.
The family plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against New York City.
