    Good afternoon,

My name is Ms. Tanisha Simms. I want to know what can I do about the “wrongful death” of my first born son that die at 14/16 weeks of pregnancy at the hospital because I didn’t have any medical insurance but, I did have PCAP that were pending.

P.S. WHAT AM SAYING IS I WANT JUSTICE FROM THE HOSPITAL, THE DOCTORS WHO WERE INVOLVED THAT I WAS PREGNANT, AND EVEN FROM SOCIAL SERVICE FOR NOT GIVING ME HEALTH INSURANCE

    SINCERELY,

    TANISHA SIMMS
