Craig was happy to learn that Jerry Recco enjoyed himself watching the Masters, both on his phone and on an actual television set.
With that out of the way, Jerry got to updating the masses - which is what he is paid to do - beginning with the streaking Mets, who with their 7-5 win over the Braves, have gotten off to a perfect 3-0 start.
Conversely, the Yankees have struggled out the gate, limping to an 0-3 start, the latest setback coming yesterday at the hands of the Rays, who completed the sweep with a 3-0 win over the Bombers yesterday in Tampa.
The Knicks had perhaps the most thrilling victory of the weekend, as they outlasted the Bulls in overtime 100-99, on the back of Carmelo Anthony's 43 points and late game heroics.
Don't look now but the Nets have won 6 of their last 9. Last night they welcomed the Cavaliers to town and with Mikhail Prokhorov in attendance, defeated the Cavs 122-117 in OT.
Finally we get to the Masters, which had it's fair share of drama and needed two sudden death playoff holes to crown Bubba Watson as the winner, the lefty's first 'Green Jacket'...
