Keefe To The City: Chat With Yankees Bleacher Creature Bald Vinny

By Neil Keefe
» More from Neil

After the Tragedy at the Trop, the Yankees went to Baltimore and did what they usually do when they go to Camden Yards by sweeping the Orioles to get back to .500 and stabilize a worried fan base.

Alex Rodriguez and Mark Teixeira still haven't produced through six games, but maybe returning to the Bronx will help them out even if the Angels and their vaunted pitching staff will open the Stadium in 2012. And even though the Yankees' four and five hitters have yet to get it going, it was good to see Curtis Granderson and Nick Swisher find their power strokes in the series finale in Baltimore.

Vinny Milano, who's known as Bald Vinny of the Bleacher Creatures to Yankees fans and for his original Yankees shirts on baldvinny.com, joined me to talk about a new season at Yankee Stadium, what he has in store for Albert Pujols and what the roll call chant for Raul Ibanez will be.
