Man Bleeding From Mouth Mysteriously Dies At District 36 Nightclub In Manhattan

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A man died in the wee hours of Saturday morning at District 36, a midtown Manhattan nightclub located on West 36th Street.

Queens resident, Michael Lin, 27, was bleeding from the mouth when he staggered outside and died 90 minutes later, police said.

Waitresses who saw the man at 3 a.m. first thought he was taking a cigarette break, but when he fell over they called security, who called police.

The man was pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan, authorities confirmed.

Authorities are investigating Lin's death, it is unclear whether or not there was criminal activity involved.
