After dealing with some traffic on the West Side Highway, Ray Rice eventually made his way to the Allstate Studio to sit down with Boomer & Carton and ‘break his silence,’ as Craig put it.
Rice has made a name for himself in the Ravens record books, but the Rutgers product is currently not under contract with Baltimore, choosing not to sign right away after being hit with the ‘franchise’ tag.
He talked with Boomer & Craig about his contract negotiations, the disappointing end to the 2011-12 season for the Ravens and how the team has treated Billy Cundiff following the playoff-ending loss to the Patriots in the AFC Championship game. He also gave his thoughts on the whole ‘Bountygate’ fiasco.
