B&C Morning Show: Game 7 Bliss!
The stage was set for a classic last night at MSG when the Rangers and Senators dropped the puck for Game 7 of their first-round series.
And an instant classic it was, as the Blueshirts grinded out a 2-1 win. So understandably, it was there Boomer & Craig began this extra special Friday edition of the Morning Extravaganza.
The Devils contributed to the excitement in their own little way, winning 3-2 in double OT over the Panthers down in Florida in a Game 7 of their own. So both local teams advance to the second round, the Rangers will try to exorcise some demons against the Capitals, while the Devils will be matched up with the Flyers.
The Knicks concluded their regular season last night with a laugher over the Bobcats and now will take on the Heat in the first round. In a scheduling snafu, both the Rangers and the Knicks play Saturday afternoon, forcing many fans to make a decision as to which game will garner their focus.
The Mets keep rolling, completing a sweep of the Marlins yesterday afternoon at Citi Field, as Terry Collins' club improved to 11-8 and the NFL Draft began last night at Radio City Music Hall.
