B&C Morning Show: Ron Duguay Stops By And Gets Flustered By The Stanley Cup
Former Rangers great Ron Duguay paid Boomer and Craig a visit in the Allstate Studio this morning to talk some hockey, and got a surprise visit from the one and only Stanley Cup (pictured along with the 'Keeper of the Cup,' Mike Bolt).
Duguay is, of course, part of the MSG Network's coverage of the Rangers, so he is more than a little media savvy. That's why it was a bit surprising when he got so flustered by the mere presence of the Cup in the studio. Duguay went on to explain how important Lord Stanley's Cup is and what it means to him, displaying great regret for failing to win it back in 1979.
Speaking of the Cup, Duguay told Boomer it was okay for him to touch it, considering he is not an actually professional hockey player -- which I believe was a needed reminder since Boomer sometimes tends to forget that fact...
