Robin Gibb Remembered: Artists Mourn Bee Gees Singer’s Death On Twitter

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Amidst reports of Bee Gees lead vocalist Robin Gibb’s death Sunday night, many folks – from the music world and beyond – took to Twitter to express condolences.

The disco star, age 62, had long suffered from colon and liver cancer. Now artists from across the music world have taken to Twitter to honor Gibb, who along with his brothers Barry and Maurice founded one of the biggest bands of 1970s. Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, The Script, Bryan Adams and many more expressed their sadness of Gibb’s passing over Twitter.
