Mike Keenan will be forever remembered fondly for bringing the Stanley Cup back to the Big Apple in 1994 and with the Rangers attempting to win another Cup, the former Blue Shirts head coach joined Boomer & Craig just after 9am to talk a little Rangers hockey and ended-up getting serenaded by Craigie.

After the music died down, Keenan talked about the similarities between himself and current Rangers coach John Tortorella, what he thinks of this current bunch as the enter Game 5 all tied-up with the Devils and he dismissed the notion that either team could possibly be tired with the Stanley Cup so close.

As far as his one glorious year on Broadway, Keenan made it clear that he did not want to stop coaching the Rangers after just one season, but was asked to leave.

These days Keenan works as an analyst on the MSG Network and likes to listen to some classic Eagles tracks to unwind…
