Gotham Gossipist: Scout Willis Arrested In Union Square

By Kimberly Rae Miller

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Unfortunately for Scout Willis, she's kind of recognizable (as in, she looks like Bruce Willis with hair).

Her looks didn't come in handy when the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was spotted by a transit cop on Monday evening, while she enjoyed a refreshing, alcoholic beverage at in Union Square.

According to The Daily News, when the keen-eyed cop asked Willis for identification and she handed over a fake ID with the name Katherine Kelly on it.

The police didn't buy it.

Willis was questioned further where she admitted, "My name is Scout Willis," she said according to the complaint. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."

Scout spent the night in jail after being charged with criminal impersonation and violating New York's open container law - both misdemeanors.

The aspiring singer and Brown University student was released on bail Tuesday morning, but if she is convicted she could SPEND up to a year in prison on the ID charge.

Chances are the celebri-tot won't have to do any time, but there may be a fine involved.
