When Craig heard that Jim McCann, founder of 1-800-FLOWERS, bought a minority stake in the New York Mets, it got him thinking about a business venture of his and Boomer’s that went awry.
You see a while back, the Dynamic Radio Duo sat down with McCann, along with the folks from 1-800-FLOWERS and shared with them their idea for ‘Helmet Food’.
Needless to say the idea never got off the ground and to date, neither Boomer or Craig are currently ‘Helmet Food Moguls’ like they expected to be – which is an obvious point of contention.
