B&C Morning Show: Lin Decision, Mets' Stretch, CC's Return And Craig Gets 'Back-Doored'
Craig began this edition of the Morning Extravaganza by stating how important today - July 17 - is in this year's New York sports landscape. First and foremost, it appears that 'Linsanity' will soon be just a fond memory, as all indications are that Jeremy Lin will sign with the Houston Rockets, when the Knicks fail to match the offer on the table for the point guard's services.
Boomer & Craig talked about Lin's imminent departure from the Big Apple and what it means for Carmelo Anthony and the Knickerbockers moving forward.
Then the Dynamic Radio Duo shifted their focus to Mets, as Terry Collins' bunch prepare to take on the first-place Nationals in our nation's capital, a 3-game series Craig believes will either 'make or break' the Mets season, who are currently 6 games behind the Nats.
Moving right along, the Yankees will get their 'hefty-lefty' back tonight against the Blue Jays when CC Sabathia makes his return, as the Bombers keep 'hu-hu-hu-huming along.'
And I almost forgot, Craig filled us in on how he got 'back-doored' last night by Cecil Fielder...
