NYPD: Suspect Snapped Photo Under Woman's Skirt In Manhattan Subway Station

NEW YORK  (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a suspect accused of using his cellphone to snap an upskirt photo of a woman at an upper Manhattan subway station.

The suspect rode up an escalator inside the W. 125th St. and Broadway Station along the 1 and 9 line in Morningside Heights and held his cellphone under the victim's skirt and took a photo, police said.

Authorities also said the suspect touched the woman's inner thigh in the process.

The suspect fled the scene and there were no injuries to the victim.

Police described the suspect as a man with a medium complexion, who is between 18 and 25.  He is said to be 160 pounds with a tattoo on his right wrist.

The suspect was also wearing a black t-shirt, dark-colored pants and earrings while carrying a blue polo shirt, police said.
