B&C Morning Show: Yanks' Struggles, Mets Right Ship, Some Tebow Nonsense And Craig's Unlawful Behavior

With a great weekend of New York baseball ahead, Craig was feeling pretty good about things this Friday morning in July.  The Mets ended their six-game free-fall by hanging on to beat the Nationals 9-5 and will now prepare to take on the Dodgers at Citi Field this weekend -- and Boomer feels like this is the start of something special for Terry Collins' bunch.

The Yankees lost a close one out in Oakland, 4-3 to the A's.  'Yankee fans' like Craig see the loss as a mere bump in the road, but his Blonde Buddy thinks it's a sign of things to come for the Bombers, who had been just humming right along before last night's 'devastating' setback.  With the help of Roy Orbison, the Booms insinuated 'It's Over' as far as the Yankees 2012 campaign.

From there it was on to Tim Tebow. Despite a story from Rich Cimini that claims otherwise, Craig does not believe Tebow will be replacing Mark Sanchez under center when the Jets make it into the red zone this season.

And oh yeah, Craigie got a ticket for riding his motorized scooter on a Manhattan sidewalk yesterday afternoon (pictured below) and after hearing what Boomer had to say on the incident, I'd say Craig was fortunate having only received a citation...
