NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The weekend is finally here!
It’s time to get out and about with the family and check out some fun things happening around town.

There is the Enterprise exhibit at the Intrepid. That’s over on Manhattan’s West Side. http://www.intrepidmuseum.org/
Another event is the block party at the New Museum on the Lower East Side. It’s at Sara D. Roosevelt Park (between Delancey and Broome). That’s on Saturday. http://www.newmuseum.org/
Also, TheatreworksUSA is putting on a free production of “Skippyjon Jones” at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in Greenwich Village. That is first come, first served. But it is on through August. http://www.theatreworksusa.org/
Another theater idea is “Everything About School (Almost)” produced by the TADA! Youth Theater at 15 West 28th Street. http://www.tadatheater.com/default.asp
