MTA's FASTRACK Coming To B, D, F, M Lines

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Metropolitan Transportation Authority's FASTRACK program returns Monday to the B, D, F and M subway lines.

From July 23 to July 27 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., the MTA will be closing stations on those lines from 59 Street-Columbus Circle to the West 4 Street corridor in both directions.

The MTA says the program allows maintenance crews to accomplish more work in less time. Crews are able to do about two months worth of track work in four nights, according to the MTA.
