Man Shot After Jason Aldean Show In North Carolina

What's going on with country concertgoers these days? First we read about a woman who gets her finger bitten off at a Lady Antebellum concert. Now, a man was shot after attending a Jason Aldean concert this past weekend weekend.

Local TV station WRAL reports that the victim--identified as Travis Pollard, 36--was shot in the parking lot after the Aldean concert in Raleigh, North Carolina on Friday (July 27) around 11pm, as fans were leaving the venue. He was sent to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening.

Jason tweeted after hearing the news that there was "no excuse" for such extreme behavior.

The shooting caused traffic to snarl for over an hour. Concert goers told WRAL, "They weren't letting anybody in or out. It was horrific. We were stopped the entire time. We couldn't get out of there."

Police are still looking for the shooter and asking if you have any info to call 919-834-5357.
