Police: Suspect Sexually Assaulted Girl, 10, In Queens Elevator

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for help in finding a sex assault suspect wanted for attacking a young girl inside an apartment elevator.

The suspect sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in the elevator of a building in the vicinity of Colden Street and Franklin Avenue in Flushing, Queens before fleeing the scene, authorities said.

The suspect is described as an Asian man, between 45 and 55 years old, 5-foot-4 and between 165 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan shorts and a green shirt with blue stripes.

Authorities have released a sketch of the alleged perp.
