NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – He’s an aging drug kingpin on the hit series Breaking Bad – and even though he’s in a wheelchair and can’t speak, he can still call the shots.

Emmy-nominated actor Mark Margolis joined The Couch on Tuesday.

“I don’t speak because my character’s paralyzed and can’t speak. His mind works, but his ability to speak is gone,
the actor said.

As he explains, some of his character’s mannerisms were derived from his mother-in-law, who suffered a stroke. To hear his full interview, check out the clip below.
