B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Triumphant Return, Al's Vast Knowledge Of The Great Lakes

Jerry Recco managed to make it to work today -- meaning he was no longer running a 103 degree fever.

He picked up right where he left off prior to his ailment, with an informative and entertaining update which covered losses by both the Yankees and the Mets.

The Yankees came up short to the White Sox, thanks in part to a wind-aided grand slam off the bat of Kevin Youkilis.  The White Sox, as you know play, in Chicago, which is known as the Windy City for it's proximity to the Great Lakes -- enter Al Dukes to elaborate.

After Al displayed his vast geography knowledge, we heard from a dejected Ivan Nova and his manager Joe Girardi.

Chris Young flirted with a perfect game last night, but the Mets eventually lost to the Rockies 6-2 and afterward Terry Collins sounded off about his team's lackluster play.

Plus, the Jets attempt to protect Wayne Hunter, while the crew discussed the skills competition planned for tomorrow's visit to Jets camp at Florham Park...
