Country singer Randy Travisis at it again.

According to TMZ.com, the country legend was in trouble with the law again early this morning in Texas for allegedly fighting with another man over a woman.

The report goes on to state that Travis appeared to be extremely intoxicated as he fought in a church parking lot. Cops were called to the scene and Randy was eventually taken to an area hospital.

Travis has had a bad year, which is about to get worse, as this is the third time he has been involved in an alcohol-related trouble in 2012.

In February he was arrested for public intoxication and just last month he crashed his car while drunk and naked in Texas.
