Police: Teen Punched Bronx Bus Driver In The Face

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a teenager wanted for allegedly assaulting a bus driver in the Bronx earlier this month.

The suspect punched the driver in the face without warning after boarding the BX21 bus at Ferris Place and Westchester Avenue around 9:45 p.m. on Aug. 15, police said.

The teen then ran off the bus, police said.

The driver suffered cuts to his mouth, police said.

The suspect is believed to be between 15- and 18-years-old.

He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and dark colored jeans, police said.
