A big series for the Yanks begins tonight in Beantown as the Bombers send Hiroki Kuroda to the mound to face Jon Lester.

The top story in Jet land right now is the health of the Darrelle Revis. The All-World corner suffered a concussion in Sunday’s win against Buffalo. With the NFL cracking down on head injuries, HC Rex Ryan knows this situation has to be monitored closely.

Losing in Week 1 is always tough, but it has to be even tougher when you have over a week and a half between that game and the next. Giant’s DE Justin Tuck is itching to get on the field. HC Tom Coughlin knows his team has to have a great week of practice in preparation for the Bucs.

Prince Amakanaka, as he has often referred to on the morning show, spoke to the media on Monday. The young corner knows he has to get back soon, especially with the G-Men’s lack of depth at that position.

Jerry concludes his update with some highlights from last night’s MNF double-header and a mention of Andy Murray’s epic win at the US Open.
