B&C Morning Show: Yankees Hold On; It Just Doesn't Get Any Better
What a difference a day makes. After putting 'his' beloved Bombers on notice just 24 hours ago, Craig was grinning ear to ear while opening up this Thursday edition of the Morning Extravaganza, all after those very same Yanks got themselves a 5-4 win over those pesky Red Sox in Boston last night. With the win, the Yankees were able to hang on to a share of 1st place in the AL East, as they are currently tied with Baltimore Orioles.
Boomer wasn't nearly excited about the Yankees' win as his radio partner, the Blonde Bomber's excitement was based on the overall product MLB is offering right now, referring to the month of September as a month long playoff.
When you combine the current baseball frenzy with the NFL season just getting under way, you get sports talk radio at its best - which is what you've come to expect from the Dynamic Radio Duo.
Almost forgot, RA Dickey and David Wright reacted to the news that the Subway Series will be reduced from 6 games to just 4, which prompted some backlash from the guys...
