With Andy Pettitte scheduled to make his return to the mound in the Bronx on Tuesday, Boomer & Craig opened up their radio program talking about the Bombers, who currently hold a 1/2 game lead over those pesky Baltimore Orioles in the AL East.

The conversation quickly shifted to the NFL though, as Boomer was in Atlanta last night for the Broncos-Falcons game.  Unfortunately, the guys weren’t discussing the marquee matchup on the field – which ended with a 27-21 Falcons win – instead they shed light on the replacement referees/officials who were less than stellar last night in prime time.

Then it was on to Rex Ryan, who has grown tired of the daily questions regarding his backup quarterback Tim Tebow — seriously.
