As was the case yesterday, the NFL had top billing opening up today’s radio program, pushing the Yankees’ 5-4 loss to the Twins to the back burner for the time being.
Of course the news isn’t all good pertaining to the NFL, in fact very little of it is good, as the nonsense with the replacement officials continues garner headlines with the NFL releasing a ‘dopey’ statement yesterday, in regards to the terrible call that ended Monday night’s game in Seattle that has left a bad taste in many people’s mouths.
According to Boomer & Craig, the NFL embarrassed themselves and did a terrible job trying to reach their fan base to the point that it has become comical.
While all of this is going on, Craig has one simple question, in this time crisis for the league, where in the world is Roger Goodell? It certainly seems like the NFL Commissioner has gone into hiding and that’s certainly not good. Based on his recent actions, Craig does not believe that Goodell is fit to be the Commissioner of the NFL.
