Keith Hernandez woke up early this morning to call in on the hotline and talk with Boomer & Craig about shaving his famous moustache, which he did before R.A. Dickey went for his 20th win against the Pirates at Citi Field.
Hernandez filled the guys in on how he came to the decision to rid himself of his trademark facial hair, and even answered a few questions about those floundering Mets as they limp to the finish line. He also talked about the Wilpons who, according to Hernandez, love the team too much to ever sell it.
