2 garlic cloves (chopped)

pinch dry oregano

pinch red crushed pepper

2 basil leaves (chopped)

10 cherry tomatoes halved

1/4 cup of dry white wine 1 cup of fish or vegetable stock

10 manila clams

8 mussels

2 oz. calamari

2 oz. shrimp (8 pieces)

2 oz. bay scallops

2 pieces of parchment paper

2 tablespoons of toasted bread crumbs
