NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — The mother of a missing Flatbush teenager has offered $2000 for information leading to his whereabouts.

Tzvi Stolzenberg has been missing since the end of Yom Kippur on Wednesday night.

Councilman David G. Greenfield joined Stolzenberg’s mother Nechema and other community leaders in asking for help in finding the boy.

Tzvi has been described as 5’7″, 120lbs, with braces. He was last seen wearing a brown and white striped t-shirt, blue pants, and black Crocs. Anybody who sees him is asked not to approach him but to call 9-1-1 and the Flatbush Shomrim at (718)338-9797.

Tzvi suffers from a serious mental health condition and left his medication behind when he disappeared.
