Giants' Victor Cruz To Modify Trademark Salsa?

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Victor Cruz's famous endzone salsa dance may be getting a few modifications.

Cruz has dedicated the dance to the memory of his late grandmother, but is considering revamping his trademark endzone celebration.  He spoke to the Daily News.

"Gotta keep the salsa. My grandmother would kill me - even if she isn't with us anymore, God rest her soul," Cruz told the Daily News. "But stay tuned, I might add something."

Cruz was on the receiving end of three touchdown receptions from Eli Manning on Sunday as the Giants defeated the Cleveland Browns 41-27.  On his first touchdown, he tossed away the football then broke into the salsa before doing Jay-Z's diamond cutter.

The Giants' star receiver was one of the celebrities gathered at the Barclays Center for Jay-Z's first of 8 concerts at the brand-new venue.

Judging by Cruz's quote, he's preparing something big and could debut the new celebration when the Giants face the San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park on Sunday.

Should Cruz stick with his salsa or change it up?  Sound off below...
