B&C Morning Show: Jerry Recco Offers An Update; Boomer's 'Linsanity'

After Al Dukes offered a spirited 'Hellooooo!' to today's Attention Grabber, Kathy from Houston, Texas, Jerry Recco got down to business and delivered his first update of the morning.

We heard from Mayor Bloomberg on his decision to postpone Thursday's Knicks-Nets season opener at the Barclays Center due to the aftermath of Sandy. Knicks head coach Mike Woodson puts things into perspective.

Plus, former Knick Jeremy Lin makes his debut for the Rockets along with James Harden and it's clear that Boomer still has Linsanity.  As the Giants prepare to take on the Steelers at MetLife Stadium this Sunday, we got to hear from Tom Coughlin, Eli Manning and Martellus Bennett.  Bennett offered up an interesting take on humanity that sent Craig off on a tangent about those who tend to complain and are overweight.

The guys discussed the NYC Marathon, which is scheduled for this Sunday across the five boroughs.  Boomer thinks it's a good idea to proceed as planned, citing the countless businesses and charities that count on the revenue generated from the event, while Craig isn't so sure it should go on.

Finally they Dynamic Radio Duo offered praise to the sanitation crews responsible for cleaning up lower Manhattan after Sandy left her mark...
