NYC Food Trucks To Donate Hot Meals To Residents Living Without Power
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- As the community continues to work together in the aftermath of superstorm Sandy, New York City food trucks will do their part by donating food to those in the area without power.

On Friday, five locations across the city will host NYC food trucks as they serve hot meals to people living in the dark. Beginning at 12:00 p.m., trucks like Frites n' Meats, Coolhaus NY, Big D's Grub Truck and the Cupcake crew will be on hand.
19th Street & 8th Avenue

- Milk Truck
- Frites 'n Meats
Washington Square & West 4th Street
- Big D's Grub
- Coolhaus NY
Beach 50th & Beach Channel Drive
- Cupcake Crew
- Eddie's Pizza
Astor Place
- Rickshaw Truck
- Toum
- Wafels & Dinges
Tompkins Square Park
- Sweetery Truck
- Mexico Blvd.
Additionally, The New York City Office of Emergency Management has released a list of places in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens where residents will be able to pick up both food and water.
Each of the locations listed below will open at 1 p.m. Friday.
