B&C Morning Show: Crossroads Wednesday

After briefly discussing the results from last night's Presidential Election -- which resulted in Barack Obama being voted to lead this country for another four years -- Boomer & Craig shifted their focus back to sports, as both the Giants and the Jets embark on some pretty pivotal road games in Week 10 of the NFL season.

Craig is calling today "Crossroads Wednesday," pointing out (the obvious) that if the Jets manage to go to Seattle and emerge with a victory over the Seahawks, they will be 4-5 and very much alive in the hunt for the playoffs.  As for the Giants, Craig believes if they go into "the jungle" and beat the Bengals, Big Blue will be sitting pretty at 7-3 heading into their bye week.

As for Boomer, he would rather save the football talk and keep his focus on the NHL, as the league and the players' union held a meeting that went on late into the night. The two sides will resume talks today.  This obviously had the Booms happy, thinking about the prospects of an NHL season -- albeit a condensed one.

Craig did his best to nip the hockey talk in the bud, and eventually we got to hear what Al Dukes & "the" Eddie Scozzare watched on TV last night instead of the election coverage...
