B&C Morning Show: Offensive Audio, Defense Mechanisms And An Update

Craig talked about being offended by something he heard uttered on MSNBC  last night while he was watching the Presidential Election coverage, with the promise of sharing the audio later in the show.

In the meantime, we got to listen to Jerry Recco's well-prepared and entertaining update, which began with some audio of Jets defensive tackle Mike DeVito talking about his head coach, after Rex Ryan was voted the most overrated head coach in the NFL in a players poll released by Sporting News.

Before Jerry could get to the Giants, Craig made it clear how he would like to be treated by the powers that be here at WFAN.  Then Antrel Rolle talked about the Giants' need to get back to basics this Sunday in Cincinnati.  As for Rolle's head coach Tom Coughlin, he could be heard (barely) whispering about the second half of the season, which prompted Craig to morph into "The Greatest" and then compare Coughlin to a hyena with a limp.

Plus, Lucas Duda had surgery to repair his wrist, which he reportedly broke by moving furniture.  Having played 14 years in the NFL and never breaking a bone, Boomer had a tough time relating to Duda's injury, while Craig chalked it up to having a "high-maintenance broad" at home. Then came the portion of today's radio program during which Suzyn Waldman is somewhere cringing.

Getting back to the offensive audio the guys teased prior to Jerry's update, well we got to hear it.  It was in relation to last night's election & Hurricane Sandy, and it came straight from the mouth of Chris Matthews, who Boomer wouldn't mind punching in the face.  So there's that...
