B&C Morning Show: Rex Is Complimentary; Coughlin Is Excited

Before getting around to the locals, Jerry Recco filled us in on what took place in San Francisco last night, when the Bears and 49ers locked horns on Monday Night Football.  49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was making his first NFL start and was impressive, leading San Fran to a 32-7 win and creating a quarterback controversy while doing do.

The Jets are no stranger to controversy, especially when it comes to the quarterback position, but yesterday over at Florham Park it was pretty much 'controversy free' or 'without controversy.'  Rex Ryan had nothing but compliments for his signal caller Mark Sanchez and admitted to being just fine after learning that Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (pictured - along with his head coach Bill Belichick while at a Celtics playoff game) will be out a month or so with a broken forearm.

As for the 6-4 Giants, they are excited, at least they should be according to their head coach Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning offers a recap of the Cowboys win over the Browns that assures Craig that Peyton's younger brother does not have a future as an NFL analyst...
