First we heard the nice story of how Greg McElroy got the ball from his first NFL TD pass back after it made its way into the stands at MetLife Stadium.
As fate would have it I guess, the ball wound up close to a couple of empty seats normally occupied by Fireman Ed and his brother. Although he was not in his regular seats, apparently Ed was at the game presumably still rooting on his beloved Jets…
