Seafood Pasta:


1 Dozen Mussels

¼ lb. Cod

8 Jumbo Shrimp

12 Bay Scallops

¼ c. Olive Oil

3 oz. Seafood Stock

4 Garlic Cloves

8 oz. Linguine

6 oz. Marinara Sauce

Red Pepper Flakes


Cook pasta and set aside.  In pan, heat oil and garlic.  Add mussels and cook until they open.  Add the remaining fish and seafood stock.  Reduce 30%.  Add marinara sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes.  Add linguine, toss and serve.

(NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.)
